Golden Mile Enterprises Inc. is hiring a Track & Trace Team Lead with hands-on experience in US Trucking operations.
- US TRUCKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are looking for candidates who have prior experience working in the US trucking/logistics industry, particularly in Track & Trace, Dispatch, Fleet Operations, Carrier Operations, or Freight Operations.
Candidates without US trucking experience will not be considered.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of relevant US trucking/logistics experience
- Hands-on experience with Track & Trace / shipment tracking
- Experience communicating with US-based drivers, carriers, brokers, and customers
- Experience providing real-time load updates, ETA and location updates
- Familiarity with Samsara, Motive, MacroPoint, PCS, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of TMS and logistics portals
- Ability to manage multiple loads and maintain accurate tracking records
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to guide and support a team
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track active US shipments
- Follow up with drivers/carriers for location and ETA updates
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers and internal teams
- Update TMS/Track & Trace systems
- Identify and escalate delays, exceptions and service issues
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate load and tracking records
- Lead and support the Updates/Track & Trace team
