Position: Executive – HR Operations & Client Coordination
Location: Pune (Bavdhan)
Working days & Time: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
Preferred: Own Two-Wheeler
Mandatory: Own Laptop
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Client Coordination, Administration, Recruitment Operations, or Business Coordination.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with emails and documentation
- Good drafting skills
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain trackers
Soft Skills (Most Important)

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Payroll management
- Employee Engagement
- Support onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with clients regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
- Ensure timely communication between clients, candidates, and recruiters.
- Follow up on interviews, offers, and joining status.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers whenever required.
Invoicing & Documentation
- Prepare and share invoices with clients.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents.
Client Meetings
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
- Accompany the Founder for client meetings whenever required.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
