#### *About the Role*
We are building a *pool of Kannada Language Trainers* for ongoing B2C requirements. We are also hiring for *1 immediate requirement* with fixed timings.
#### *Immediate Requirement*
- *Timings*: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM IST | 30 min class
- *Mode*: Online, 1-on-1
- *Teaching Mode*: English to Kannada
- *Focus*: Spoken Kannada, Grammar, Reading
- *Engagement*: Long-term freelance arrangement based on requirements
#### *Who Can Apply*
- Trainers starting their journey are welcome. Prior teaching experience of even a few classes is okay
- Good command over Spoken Kannada + Basic English for explanation
- Passion for teaching and good communication skills
- Stable internet + laptop/phone setup for online classes
#### *Compensation*
- *Budget*: ₹120 to ₹150 per hour | *Non-negotiable*
- *Payment*: As per the freelance agreement with Multibhashi
- *Note*: 10% TDS deduction as per government policy. TDS certificate will be provided, and you can claim a refund while filing ITR
#### *Selection Process*
Please submit a short *demo video* with:
1. Self-Introduction in English - 1 min
2. Self Introduction in Kannada - 1 min
3. Teach any 1 topic: Reading / Grammar / Vocabulary - 2-3 min
