Job Description / Responsibilities:
Architect will be responsible for
- Transforming client requirements and desires through design output
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD), Sketch Up and hand-sketching skills
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
- Up to date knowledge about new design ideas and materials
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination, eye for design and passionate individual
