Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Quality, Store, and Design teams.
- Ensure production is completed as per the required schedule.
- Check availability of raw materials, tools, and components.
- Monitor workers and machine utilization.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to drawings and specifications.
- Identify production problems and find practical solutions.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection/rework.
- Follow safety rules and ensure a safe working environment.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection.
- Track production targets and delivery commitments.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and team coordination.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings is preferred.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
