- Job Title: Senior BIM Architect
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
- Experience Required: 7–10 Years Experience
- About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architect with 7–10 years of
professional experience in Architectural BIM modeling, documentation, and
project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Revit expertise, a
strong understanding of construction documentation, and experience delivering
BIM projects for international clients (UK, USA, Middle East, Australia).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for Architecture, Structure, or
MEP disciplines.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free model
integration.
- Generate accurate drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM
models.
- Maintain adherence to project standards, LOD requirements, and QA/QC
procedures.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model reviews.
- Support automation and process improvements in Revit and other BIM tools.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP).
- Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection
(Navisworks preferred).
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and LOD standards, Knowledge of
ISO 19650, Understanding of LOD 100–500, Sheet setup and
documentation, Work-sharing and Central Models.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive communication skills.
- Familiarity with international project standards (UK / US / Middle East) is a
plus.
- Understanding of RIBA Stages, BS Standards, IFC Workflow, COBie
(preferred).
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Diploma Architecture, or a related discipline.
- BIM certification or Dynamo/Computational Design knowledge is an added.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
