Role: Resident Support Engineer
Location: Talegaon Toll Plaza
Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor degree in Electronics, Electrical and should have the knowledge of
computer
Experience: Min 1-2 year of Toll Plaza Technical Support experience.
Major Responsibilities would be:
- Toll Management System (TMS) monitoring
- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems & traffic control
equipment’s at Toll Plaza.
- Monitoring & Reporting regarding CCH (Central Clearing House) Fastag system.
- Troubleshooting and solving hardware or software faults in coordination with HO Support
team.
- Online Data updating on web portal like Google Spread Sheet
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of TMS equipment’s (Toll Lane controller, Traffic lights,
RFID readers, desktop computers & server, OHCS, UFD(User Fare Display), Boom Barriers, AVC -
Automatic Vehicle Classification)
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of TMS equipment’s
- Knowledge of Computer hardware and networking
- Knowledge of Electronics / Electrical equipment’s installation & commissioning
- Good in verbal & written communication in English or Local Language
- Windows OS, MS Office (Excel/word/Power Point)
