Job Description:
Sanskar School, Jaijaipur is seeking a qualified and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching senior secondary classes as per the Chhattisgarh State Board curriculum and ensuring strong conceptual understanding among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to senior secondary classes (Classes 11–12).
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
- Create and evaluate assignments, tests, and exam papers.
- Maintain student records and track academic progress.
- Participate in school academic planning and extracurricular activities.
- Provide remedial support to weak students when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics).
- B.Ed. degree preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
Skills Required:
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Student-centric teaching approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (for digital teaching tools).
