Role Overview:
Banga Solar Pvt. Ltd.
is hiring experienced Sales Managers / BDMs for South & West India regions to expand its solar products business network. The role involves dealer development, EPC engagement, lead generation, and sales growth for solar products including solar inverters, panels, BOS products, ACDB/DCDB systems, and related renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop dealer, distributor, and EPC network in assigned territory
Promote solar products and renewable energy solutions
Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
Handle channel partner coordination and follow-ups
Track market opportunities and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, dispatch, and support
Maintain long-term client relationships and business growth
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B Sales
Solar / Electrical / Power Electronics industry experience preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle field sales and regional travel
Local candidate preferred for respective location
