- Manage day-to-day hospital operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, and billing.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient coordination across departments.
- Implement SOPs and maintain quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, RMOs, and support staff for seamless operations.
- Handle patient complaints and escalations while ensuring high patient satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance, revenue, and inventory.
- Conduct daily rounds and audits to improve efficiency and patient care.
- Support HR activities including staffing, training, attendance, and discipline.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
