Job Title: Sales Executive – Travel Sales (PPC Experience Preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist US customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations & travel queries.
- Handle calls confidently with good communication skills.
- Handle inbound travel leads generated
- Convert qualified leads into sales by understanding customer travel requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Travel Sales.
- Prior experience working with PPC-generated leads is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales-closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of travel products, destinations, and customer requirements.
