About the Role
MetaBlock Technologies LLP is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, along with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) campaigns.
- Create, manage, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings.
- Create and manage social media content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for marketing creatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and advertising policies.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page).
- Experience in keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Basic understanding of email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
