We are seeking a versatile Service Technician to manage both the hands-on repair and daily operational aspects of our shop. In this dual role, you will diagnose and repair electric motors and water pumps while handling direct customer service, sales inquiries, and billing paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Repair Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with electric motors or pump mechanics.
- Administrative Skills: Proficient with basic computer data entry, invoicing software, and phone communication.
- Customer Facing: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, helpful demeanor for retail sales.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic tools like multimeters.
- Organization: Excellent documentation habits to keep service notes and billing accurate.
Pay: ₹12,628.29 - ₹18,991.07 per month
