About the Role
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in real estate marketing. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Generate and qualify leads through social media, calls, and online platforms
- Support in managing social media pages and posting content regularly
- Coordinate with the sales team for campaign follow-ups and conversions
- Help organize promotional events, site visits, and property showcases
- Conduct basic market research and track competitor activities
- Maintain databases of leads and update CRM systems
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 0–6 months of experience or strong interest in real estate marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
