Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Handle and lead the sales team.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
Required Skills
Strong team-handling & leadership skills
New lead generation & sales conversion
Target-oriented approach
Good communication & negotiation skills
Solar industry experience will be preferred
Performance
Performance-based appraisal.
Target achievement will be considered for performance evaluation.
