About the Role
Katyayani Organics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Intern to join our legal team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates or final-year LLB students to gain practical exposure to corporate legal matters in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal, corporate, and regulatory documents, including agreements, notices, applications, and compliance-related documents.
- Review contracts and agreements to identify legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Conduct legal research, prepare case studies, and perform trademark searches.
- Assist in regulatory filings, legal documentation, compliance, contract management, and IP-related matters.
- Support the legal team in day-to-day corporate legal operations.
Eligibility:
- Final-year LLB student or Fresh LLB Graduate.
- Good legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of corporate law and MS Office.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
