- Assist Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Handle mise en place for the Indian section
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor stock levels and inform senior chefs about shortages
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when needed
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Work closely with kitchen team during service hours
- Reduce food wastage and control portion sizes
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
