We are hiring a CRM Executive for a reputed company in Rajkot through our placement services. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client communication, maintaining CRM records, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
- Track customer interactions and maintain records.
- Prepare CRM reports and customer data analysis.
- Follow up on leads and existing clients.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualification:
Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, MBA, or equivalent)
CRM Certification (Preferred)
Experience:
1–3 Years** (CRM / Customer Support / Client Coordination)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
