We are expanding our team at our Sakchi showroom and are looking for 1 detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our family.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and computer-savvy individual to manage our billing operations and customer checkout experience. As a Billing Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, payment processing, inventory entries, and daily financial reconciliation. Key Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices and bills using our billing software while ensuring all customer and product details are correctly entered.
- Payment Processing: Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Cash Reconciliation: Maintain daily cash records and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Inventory Entries: Enter and update inventory-related transactions accurately within the system.
- Customer Service: Provide a professional, polite, and efficient billing experience to customers during checkout.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, customer details, billing documents, and transaction reports.
- Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and error-free completion of customer purchases.
- System Accuracy: Verify pricing, discounts, and transaction details before finalizing bills.
Qualifications and Skills (Must-Haves)
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Graduates are preferred.
- Computer Skills: Must be comfortable using computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Typing Skills: Good English typing speed and accuracy are essential, as billing involves significant data entry.
- Language: Basic English reading and writing skills are required. Fluency in Hindi is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work carefully and accurately while handling financial transactions and inventory entries.
- Personal Aptitude: Professional, well-groomed appearance and responsible work ethic.
- Attitude: Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new software and processes.
- Experience: Prior billing, cashier, data entry, retail, or office experience is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month, based on your skills and performance.

Work Schedule
- Job Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Work Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational weekly day off).
- Breaks: 1-hour lunch break will be provided.
