Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads
- Explain company services (financial consulting, loans, investment services, fintech training programs)
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Convert leads into sales/enrollments
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Coordinate with sales/operations team for closures
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female/ Male
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English preferred
- Must be based near Vaishali Nagar or willing to commute
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
