Job Purpose:
To manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, network, and provide timely technical support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and other network systems.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, access permissions, and IT assets.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper allocation and tracking.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic IT security measures.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HRMS, POS, CCTV, biometric/attendance systems, and other business applications.
- Maintain documentation of IT issues, assets, licenses, and service requests.
- Ensure antivirus, system updates, and security patches are maintained.
- Support new employee onboarding by arranging systems, email IDs, and required access.
- Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printers, CCTV, and IT security.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple IT support requests efficiently.
- Knowledge of HRMS/POS systems will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support/system administration preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
