Job description:-
* Manage end-to-end HR operations for staffing clients
* Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
* Manage payroll coordination and query resolution
* Supervise and mentor HR operations team members
* Drive process improvements and ensure SLA adherence
* Coordinate with clients for smooth HR service delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR operations within a staffing company
* Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
* Excellent team handling and stakeholder management skills
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel
