Role Summary
Our company is highly seeking experienced and strategic Vice President – Sales to lead and expand the company's business operations across Maharashtra. The role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in B2B sales, business development, channel expansion, and client relationship management within the Agriculture Inputs / Agri Biologicals industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and build long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales and business development strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Drive strong B2B sales operations and expand the company's presence across Maharashtra. Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, dealers, institutional clients, and key business partners. Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks to enhance market penetration. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas within the Agri Inputs sector. Lead client relationship management initiatives to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product positioning, marketing support, and supply chain coordination. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market intelligence to support business planning. Mentor and guide sales teams to ensure high performance and achievement of business objectives. Represent the organization in industry meetings, business discussions, and key customer engagements.
Qualifications MBA (Preferred) / Any Graduate
Experience 15+ years of experience in Agriculture Inputs, Agri Biologicals, Crop Protection, or related sectors.
Strong background in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Channel Management. Proven leadership experience in managing regional or national sales operations.
