About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality B2B leads for AI and IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound prospecting, database building, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and CRM management. Experience in the AI, SaaS, or IT services industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across startups, SMEs, and enterprise businesses.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, online directories, and other outbound channels.
- Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database with accurate contact information.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, decision-makers, and buying intent.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development/Sales team.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and personalized email campaigns to generate business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, activities, and follow-up schedules.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Monitor lead conversion metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with AI, SaaS, and IT industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Experience in B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Excellent internet research and data mining skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Good understanding of AI solutions, SaaS products, or IT services.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead generation targets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, IT Services, Software Development, or Digital Marketing industries is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar prospecting platforms.
- Familiarity with email automation and outbound sales tools.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or the Middle East) is a plus.
