Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle queries, concerns, and grievances professionally.
- Act as a bridge between parents and school management.
- Manage day-to-day school administration and operations.
- Coordinate admissions, inquiries, and visitor management.
- Ensure smooth communication and maintain positive relations.
- Handle administrative issues, problem-solving, and operational coordination.
- Support school events, meetings, and official communications.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities confidently.
- Prior experience in school administration, customer relations, or a similar role preferred.
