We're seeking a motivated Sales Engineer/Business Development Executive to spearhead sales of solar panels, inverters, and complete solar solutions. If you have a proven track record in solar product sales and a passion for sustainable energy, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading player in rooftop and grid-connected solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, pitch solar products (panels, inverters, systems), and close deals with EPC Vendors, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Prepare quotations, handle negotiations, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Build client relationships, track payments, and promote government subsidies program.
- Achieve sales targets, attend industry events, and expand market presence in Chennai and all over Tamil Nadu.
- Maintain CRM records and provide post-sales support for customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in solar panel/inverter sales or business development (EPC preferred).
- Strong knowledge of solar products, pricing, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EEE/MBA) or relevant field.
- Local candidates in Chennai
- Bonus: Experience with solar subsidies, tenders, or B2B sales.
