Trainer – Jewellery Industry
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer to develop and enhance the skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities of our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training programs, improving employee performance, and ensuring consistent service standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for sales executives, customer care executives, and store staff.
- Train employees on jewellery products, including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone collections.
- Develop and deliver training modules on sales techniques, customer service, grooming, and communication skills.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment reports.
- Support store teams during new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure employees are updated on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of training experience, preferably in the jewellery or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products and retail sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop teams through effective training programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D).
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
