About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Field Research Associates to join our growing real estate team. This role involves conducting field surveys, collecting property-related information, interacting with property owners, and supporting market research activities. No prior experience in real estate is required as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to collect property and location data.
- Survey residential, commercial, and land properties.
- Gather accurate information about property prices, ownership, amenities, and market trends.
- Meet property owners, brokers, and local contacts for data collection.
- Verify and update property records.
- Capture photographs and location details of properties.
- Prepare daily field reports and submit research findings.
- Coordinate with the office team for project updates.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers can apply
- Basic communication skills in Telugu and English
- Local candidates from Vijayawada preferred
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Maps
- Willingness to travel within the city
