Job Summary
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling technical discussions with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the complete sales cycle for industrial capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new industrial customers and business opportunities.
· Visit manufacturing plants and understand customer technical requirements.
· Present and demonstrate technical solutions and equipment to customers.
· Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
· Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for project execution.
· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
· Support installation trials and commissioning activities when required.
· Prepare sales reports and update CRM/sales pipeline regularly.
Required Skills
· Good technical understanding of industrial equipment and automation systems.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to understand customer applications and provide suitable solutions.
· Basic knowledge of techno-commercial negotiations.
· Willingness to travel for customer visits.
· Positive attitude with self-driven approach.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Technically sound and eager to learn industrial applications.
· English communication is must.
· Exposure to B2B industrial sales environment preferred.
· Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
