Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer letter issuance, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee databases and HRMIS records.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Draft HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support payroll inputs and employee data management.
4. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
5. Compliance & HR Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Freshers with strong communication and HR internship experience may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

- Time-to-hire and quality of hires.
- Recruitment closure rate.
- Employee onboarding completion.
- Employee retention and engagement support.
- Accuracy of HR records and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
