Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and network security. The role involves ensuring reliable network connectivity, resolving technical issues, and supporting IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Internet connectivity issues.
- Configure VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and switching.
- Install and manage structured cabling and network devices.
- Configure and maintain VPN connections for remote users.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and firmware upgrades.
- Coordinate with ISPs for Internet and leased line issues.
- Configure and maintain wireless networks (Wi-Fi).
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records.
- Implement basic network security policies and firewall rules.
- Support CCTV, IP phones, printers, and other network-connected devices.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or Network Support Engineer.
- Experience in enterprise or corporate IT environments preferred.
