As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational goals and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and validate process requirements with stakeholders.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and model complex business processes.
- Experience in documenting business process workflows and creating clear, detailed process documentation.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to accurately capture business requirements.
