*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused *Patient Care Executive* to manage inbound calls, assist patients with their queries, and schedule appointments efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle inbound calls from patients professionally and courteously.
* Address patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
* Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required.
* Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment details in the system.
* Coordinate with the clinic/hospital team to ensure smooth appointment management.
* Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
*Requirements:*
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
* Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment scheduling systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
