Job Description/ responsibilities:
- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across the plant.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules for all critical production equipment.
- Analyse equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Utility teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of critical spares.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit systems, and statutory requirements during maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and daily reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, MTBF, MTTR, MTTF and maintenance efficiency.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to housekeeping and 5S standards.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
