Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning etc. cross functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- IT project management with waterfall / agile methodologies.
- Deal with software vendors and getting system developed.
- Support the implementation and integration of enterprise systems like SAP, ERP-LN, or other legacy systems.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards.
- Wireframing and prototyping using various tools to get clear UI/UX experience.
Qualifications and Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CE/Industrial Engineering/Production or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS/Quality systems etc.).
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI. Python, DevOps etc.
- Good at analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple tasks / projects.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
- Experience with Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies (IoT, predictive maintenance, digital twins/RPA/AI-ML etc.).
- Knowledge Of IT infrastructure and IT security.
