Position Title: Admin Executive

Role Objective
To ensure seamless daily operations and uphold Valueline’s standards of hospitality, upkeep, and experience across the Delhi showroom, office, and warehouse. The role involves administrative management, F&B and supply coordination, vendor and staff supervision, client engagement, maintenance, and cross-location operational support while liaising with HO teams for payments, vendor issues, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:.
Record client details accurately in CRM/logs and support follow-up coordination with sales teams. Oversee client refreshments, comfort, and overall hospitality. Maintain showroom ambience, cleanliness, and readiness throughout the day.
2. Office & Showroom Administration
Oversee administrative activities for showroom, office, and warehouse. Report to the office in the morning to inspect facility upkeep, housekeeping, and vendor performance. Manage F&B and supply requirements (pantry, cleaning, stationery) across all three locations. Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and ensure service standards are met. Liaise with HO Admin and Accounts teams for vendor issues, documentation, and payment processing. Maintain hygiene, presentation, and operational standards across all Delhi premises.
3. Staff Coordination Supervise daily activities of blue-collar staff including drivers and housekeeping personnel. Assign duties, monitor attendance, and ensure discipline and grooming standards. Maintain duty rosters and performance records.
4. Maintenance & Technical Coordination Coordinate upkeep of IT systems, CCTV, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry needs. Liaise with vendors for timely repairs and preventive maintenance. Track AMCs, warranties, and service records, ensuring renewals and accurate documentation.
5. Fleet & Guest Logistics Oversee maintenance, servicing, and insurance renewals of company vehicles. Manage driver scheduling, guest visits, and travel logistics. Arrange accommodation, car services, and F&B for guests and management visits. Maintain detailed vehicle usage and expense logs.
6. Insurance, Record Keeping & Vendor Relations Maintain and renew all insurance policies – vehicles, employees, property, and assets. Facilitate health insurance policies, employee claims, and medical support, including hospital coordination and first-aid readiness. Keep accurate documentation for warranties, service contracts, vendor records, and payment schedules. Build and sustain strong vendor relationships for reliable and timely support. Work closely with HO teams to ensure compliance and consistency in all administrative processes.
7. Warehouse & Site Coordination Visit the warehouse periodically to review hygiene, housekeeping, and administrative systems. Support site operations in the absence of site in-charges; coordinate for maintenance and operational requirements. Ensure upkeep, supplies, and safety standards across all functional areas. Work Expectations Morning reporting at the Delhi office for facility review and coordination. Primary presence at the showroom during operational and client hours. Periodic visits to the warehouse and other sites as required. Flexibility beyond fixed working hours to ensure smooth operations and client service continuity.

Pay: ₹10,241.14 - ₹60,648.17 per month
