Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media channels, and other job portals.
- Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation packages and roll out offer letters.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
HR Operations and Employee Engagement
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Support attendance management, leave tracking, and employee data management.
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate employee information.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
