We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, team management, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll support, and strategic HR initiatives. The role will work closely with the company stakeholder to build a productive and positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities across departments.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet organizational workforce goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and performance management processes.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Partner with the Managing Director on organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Management roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll processes, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
