Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to handle inbound and outbound calls to potential or existing customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer databases with call details and feedback.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer reach and experience.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Degree in any Branch of Study
- Experience: 1+ years (Prior telesales/customer support experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.
