Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls
- Explain company products & services to customers (Walk-in & over the call)
- Generate leads and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records
- Build strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English
- Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and target-oriented personality
