Job Summary
The Front Office Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Attend to customer inquiries and guide them to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Spare Parts).
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and maintain call logs.
- Maintain the reception area – ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist customers with vehicle service booking and follow-up calls, if required.
- Coordinate with the sales/service team to manage customer appointments and schedules.
- Maintain visitor records and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Collect and record customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support customer relationship activities, including hospitality (tea/coffee arrangements).
- Provide basic product and service information to customers when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
