We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our UPSC content team. If you have a strong understanding of the Civil Services Examination and enjoy simplifying complex concepts through written and video content, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Description
- Have appeared for or are preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
- Strong conceptual understanding of one or more UPSC subjects:
- History
- Polity
- Economy
- Environment
- Science & Technology
- Current Affairs
- Confident in explaining concepts clearly in front of the camera.
- Ability to script, record, and present engaging educational videos for UPSC aspirants.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. (Hinglish)
- Basic knowledge of video recording, lighting, audio, and editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, etc.) is preferred.
- Ability to create:
- Concept explainer videos
- Current affairs analysis
- Creative mindset with the ability to make complex topics simple, engaging, and visually appealing.
- Prior experience in teaching, YouTube, educational content creation, or UPSC mentorship will be an added advantage.

- Strong research and analytical ability.
- Consistency in meeting deadlines.
- Attention to factual accuracy and detail.
- Passion for education and mentoring UPSC aspirants.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the academic and media teams.
Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
