UI/UX: Tools: Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, HTML, CSS Design Platforms: Mobile Application Design, Website Design, Web Application & Portal Design, Prototyping, Wireframing, Usability Testing, Corporate Brand Identity, Campaign design, Ads & other Print Media Design, Promotional Design, Typography, Concept Designs. Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, brainstorming innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with user needs and business objectives. You will engage in discussions to refine project goals and contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and feedback. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research methodologies. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability testing. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
