Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and project managers.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare quantity estimates and monitor material usage.
- Maintain project documentation, including site records and reports.
- Check and verify measurements and billing quantities.
- Attend project meetings and communicate updates to management.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,885.09 per month
