1. Job Description: Sales Engineer (HVAC & AHU)

- Profile: We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Engineer to expand our footprint in the industrial specialized HVAC market. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and building strong networks within the engineering community. You will be the face of the company, visiting consultants, facility managers, and industrial clients to promote high-efficiency Air Handling Units (AHUs) and cleanroom technologies.
Core Responsibilities
· Project Sourcing: Proactively identify upcoming industrial projects via tender portals, industry news, and market intelligence platforms.
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify upcoming projects in pharmaceutical, Commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Consultant Liaison: Regular visits to MEP consultants and HVAC designers to ensure our products are specified in the early project design stages.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct site visits and technical meetings to explain the benefits of specialized filtration and energy recovery systems.
- Lead Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry and technical requirements gathering to final order closing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal project team to ensure proposals meet client compliance standards (ISO/cGMP).
- Client Retention: Maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers at corporate and industrial sites.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HVAC, AHU, or Cleanroom filtration sales.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of psychometrics, airflow design, pressure cascading, and contamination control.
- Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with cGMP standards and cleanroom requirements in the Indian industrial market.
- Communication: Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders during negotiations.
