JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING EXECUTIVE
ROLE OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Marketing Executive with a "can-do" attitude, an analytical mindset, and a passion for creative execution to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers an exceptional entry-point into the marketing world, providing hands-on experience across both digital and offline marketing landscapes. He / She will act as the team's agile support engine—managing ad-hoc action items, executing event logistics, conducting market research, and tracking performance data. This is an execution-heavy role requiring adaptability and an enthusiastic approach to taking on diverse marketing action items as they arise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, social media campaigns, events, and below-the-line (BTL) activations.
- Monitor content scheduling across all social media platforms.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners for the production and timely delivery of offline marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, and merchandise).
- Support the internal team with administrative tasks, day-to-day coordination, and the alignment of cross-functional requirements.
- Provide end-to-end logistical and operational support before, during, and after events, trade shows, and project launches.
- Manage marketing communication (MarCom) inventories for different channels and BTL activations, while monitoring on-ground brand presence.
- Collate and track performance metrics from digital campaigns, social media channels, and offline activations.
- Maintain dashboards and compile performance reports on a Day-on-Day (DoD), Week-on-Week (WoW), and Month-on-Month (MoM) basis.
- Conduct market research and track industry trends, competitor activities, and prospective target audiences.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresher, with or without prior internship experience in market research, data compilation, or event coordination.
- Highly energetic with a resilient, "can-do" spirit.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to parse through data and create structured Excel summaries.
- Familiarity with core social media platforms and basic digital marketing terminology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable multitasking and shifting focus rapidly based on ad-hoc business needs.

- Timely execution of assigned ad-hoc action items.
- Adherence to project and task timelines.
- Minimizing operational gaps during digital and BTL rollouts.
- Zero-error tracking across dashboards and data reports.
- Number of inputs / seed ideas successfully incorporated into campaigns or broader marketing tactics / strategies.
