Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Hardware & Networking Sales Executive to join our Hardware Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for IT hardware and networking solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and knowledge of computer hardware, networking products, and surveillance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and online platforms.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable hardware and networking solutions.
- Meet corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, hospitals, and industrial customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and installations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, quotations, and customer interactions.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technology.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Understanding of CCTV, desktops, laptops, servers, and networking products.
- Ability to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BE, Diploma, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Hardware, Networking, CCTV, or IT Product Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong technical knowledge may also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in B2B IT sales.
- Knowledge of enterprise hardware solutions.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
