ProHitech Engineering Services LLP is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the company's sales and marketing initiatives.
Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit clients, contractors, consultants, builders, and project sites.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, confident, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
- BBA Marketing or other relevant qualifications with business development experience may also be considered.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Petrol Allowance

Preferred Industry
Experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, Material Testing, Infrastructure, Engineering Services, or related industries will be preferred, but candidates from other industries with strong business development skills are also welcome to apply.
