Role:Team Leader (Managing Field Executives)
Domain Fintech / B2B Field SalesExperience
Required1–1.5 years of experience as a Team Leader managing Field Sales Executives.
Experience in Fintech, B2B Sales, Merchant Acquisition, or Field Sales will be preferred.
Work ModeRemote Field Work (No Daily Office Reporting)
Monthly reporting at the Bhopal Head OfficeTravel allowance will be provided for monthly office visits.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Executives.
Drive team performance to achieve sales and business targets.
Monitor daily field activities and ensure productivity.Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
Support merchant acquisition and market expansion initiatives.
Maintain daily MIS and performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth field operations.
Mandatory Requirements Own Bike Valid Driving Licence Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
