Silvara Ornaments is a growing B2B silver jewellery business based in Ahmedabad. We manufacture and supply silver jewellery products such as Baby Najariya, Anklets, Bracelets, directly to retail jewellers across Ahmedabad. We are currently hiring a Field Sales Executive to help expand our retailer network and generate orders from jewellery shops across the city.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit jewellery shops across Ahmedabad on a daily basis
- Show silver jewellery samples to retail jewellers
- Generate new business orders and maintain existing retailer relationships
- Build long-term trust and communication with shop owners
- Submit daily visit and work updates
- Collect market feedback related to products, pricing and demand trends
Nature of Job
This is a pure field sales role involving daily travel across Ahmedabad. This is not office-based or showroom sales job.
The role requires:
- Regular market visits
- Meeting multiple jewellers daily
- Outdoor sales activity
- Relationship building and order generation
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Training
Selected candidates will receive 1 week of practical training before independent fieldwork begins.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 per month (inclusive of travel/petrol expenses)
- Additional performance-based incentives as per company policy
Candidate Requirements
- Must currently live in Ahmedabad
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
- Gujarati and Hindi speaking
- No Experience Required
- Good communication and confidence required
- Comfortable with outdoor field sales work
- Disciplined, responsible and willing to learn
